Intelligent Agent!!!
My experience with Zach was like a hole in one. He helped me in many different ways. First off, I was a very nervous first time home buyer. I asked Zach so many different questions about anything and everything. I wanted to know all details. I was very impressed with the amount of knowledge he has in this industry. With him taking to time to explain every scenario and detail, It showed me that he cares and he definitely knows what he is talking about. I learned a lot about this market from him, you could hear his excitement in his voice while explaining. I would recommend Zach to anyone, but definitely someone who wants someone to help them guide the way into a strong/intelligent decision. The care is there.
