With a lifetime immersed in real estate and over two decades of family experience behind him, Zach Saltz brings a unique blend of knowledge, dedication, and integrity to every transaction. Born into a family that fixed and flipped more than 25 homes, Zach gained hands-on insight early in life-insight he now uses to empower buyers and sellers to make confident, informed decisions. After serving honorably in the U.S. Navy for six years, with deployments spanning Japan, Bahrain, Djibouti, Thailand, Guam, and the Philippines, Zach returned stateside with a renewed sense of mission-this time, to serve individuals and families on their journey toward homeownership. Now based in the Greater Tampa Bay Area, while also serving Jacksonville, Zach specializes in assisting first-time home buyers, VA buyers, and those navigating financial hardships or limited closing funds. Whether guiding clients through FHA, USDA, or VA processes, his focus remains the same: clear communication, practical solutions, and unmatched advocacy. Zach holds the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designations, and he qualified at the respected Bob Hogue School of Real Estate. He proudly represents LPT Realty, where he brings discipline, empathy, and tenacity to every client relationship. There aren’t enough words to express my gratitude and appreciation for Mr. Saltz. He helped and guided me through my first home purchase and it was very smooth and very quick (closed in 20 days)!!!! Worked with Zach on purchasing my first house and I couldn't say enough good things about the experience of working with this guy. Made the process extremely straightforward and streamlined and was able to negotiate with the sellers to get the best deal possible. Highly reccomend working with Zach especially if you are going through the home buying process for the first time.
