Excellent communicator

Yvonne is so amazing and we really appreciate her for helping us find a home that fit all of our needs and wants in the home. Without her I wouldn’t know what to do. If I bought another house I would definitely be picking her as my realtor again. She helped in so many ways. She was kind and very helpful in our home buying process.

I have bought and sold five homes in Virginia, Maui and Flordia. Never have I worked with an agent as competent, motovated or as hard working as Yvonne. If I owned Epique Realty, I'd be bending over backwards for this agent.

Wow! Yvonne was the best in all aspects.

Above all we were living in New York and we wanted to move to Florida permanently. She, Yvonne was very patient with us, especially since two other homes did not work out. The third and last home was the final and best home for us. Yvonne was our eyes & ears, she went to the homes, video taped the homes and gave us her thoughts that we trusted foremost. She was amazing to work with

Yvonne was on top of all the little details for us especially since we are from out of town. She went above and beyond and checked out 8 properties for us in one day. She made the buying process for us very smooth. Would definitely work with her again.
