Yvonne was the best! She was so patient with our military family being in a different state when we started the process with unknown dates . We started the process end of summer she explained lots of terminology to us and how the process was. As first time buyers it was all unknown territory and Yvonne and her team made it the best experience. She was always there when we needed her, even when she was on vacation on her birthday! We reached out to Yvonne as first time home buyers, looking for a home to raise our two boys. I was 29 weeks pregnant with our 2nd and not sure if we would even have enough time to search for homes, let alone get through the escrow process before our due date. She was then able to negotiate another 8k in seller credit after inspection! AND we closed escrow with about 4 weeks to go before my due date! So it was just win after win after win. To say we had an excellent experience with Yvonne is an understatement. Highly recommend if you're looking to buy or sell!
