I found Yvette on Yelp and reached out to her over a year ago regarding my condo in Fremont. Yvette was very helpful with her expertise about the market. However, the timing wasn't right at the time to sell. Fast forward to a year later, I reached out to Yvette again. She was on top of it! She got access to the occupied unit, helped assess of the home condition, and provide her recommendations for the sale of the home. It turned out we ended up doing an off market sale with the existing tenants, with Yvette representing both sides. The sale process was not without issues.
