We just bought our first home in Fremont and Yvette helped us get 'our' home. We found her via yelp and let me tell you that everything we read about her is so true. She is one of the most genuine people we have come across. Not like the desperate real estate agents trying to make a quick sale. She heard about what we wanted in our home and suggested which neighborhoods could offer what we are looking for. We were not in a hurry to buy and she made sure we did not settle especially when we got into the mode of being done with it. Home buying is a very time consuming process and can seriously drain you. Bay Area market itself is very challenging where outbidding is very common. Yvette is the best! We found her just as my boyfriend and I were starting to get serious about house hunting, and are so glad we did. Our first conversation with her was late at night on a Friday, after she had spent the entire day dealing with a situation at one of her houses. Even then she didn't seem rushed or sound tired but was genuinely eager to talk to us and get to know what we were looking for.
