We decided to sell our home in Fremont and move to Southern California early this year. Our best decision was to ask Yvette to be our agent. She made all the tough decisions for us and made the whole process stress free. Yvette made a plan to make the necessary upgrades, prepare the house, and put it on market in a very tight and ambitious plan written on a day to day basis. As it is usual and we had heard of notorious schedule slips we were expecting the plan to take much longer than what she had scheduled. To our pleasant surprise, Yvette had her dedicated team of workers and executed the plan exactly as she had scheduled and reported to us upon completion of each task. In our mind Yvette could have been a large corporation COO to pull off such an ambitious tight plan flawlessly. Needless to say our home was sold and we are very happy of the outcome. I highly recommend Yvette. I did a lot of homework before I decided to go with her. Selling a house is no small task and I wanted the best to help us see everything through. Yvette did not disappoint. She coordinated with all the contractors and inspectors to get our house ready in 2 weeks and have it sold in yet another week or so. Even though we were out of the country when the house went on the market and the weather was extremely hot (100+ degree and the house had no AC!) during the open-house weekend, she still managed to sell the house at a tremendous price. It was such a relief to know that our house was in good hands while we took care of our family members overseas. Yvette made the whole remote transaction as painless as possible for us. Yvette is an awesome agent! She's easy to work with, trustworthy, knowledgeable, responsive , kind and goes above and beyond. She helped us get our first home and the whole process was super easy and smooth. My wife and I first contacted her without any knowledge about the housing market. Yvette then explained everything to us by showing us 3 different properties during that first appointment and analyzed their pros and cons - what to consider when buying a house as a first time buyer, how to prepare for it, whom to contact for mortgage needs and helped us to come up with a timeline. We were a bit scared by the red hot market in the Bay Area but she reassured us that she can help us to get a house we love. When we've done enough research and are ready to make offers, she was super quick in responding phone calls, texts, and appointment requests. We got our dream home with only 1 offer - that's all she needs to make it happen as she provided an excellent strategy and it worked very well! Professional beyond expectation! Efficient, knowledgeable, caring. Yvette was so quick in responding to our questions that we really felt as though we were her only clients! She managed every detail from coordinating the painter, carpet installer, repair man, etc. She priced our unit perfectly and we had three quality offers after only one weekend of open house.
