When I decided to sell the smartest decision I made was hiring Yvette to be my realtor. The sale was quick and easy. Yvette was a true professional and went out of her way to make sure everything was as convenient as possible for me, I could not have been happier with the entire process, I would strongly recommend Yvette Sellyn to anyone who is thinking of selling.

After touring one of her Bird Key listings' open house (we fell in love with) and speaking with her, we ultimately used Yvette as our agent for the Buyer's side and are grateful we did just that. The transaction went as smoothly as anyone could hope for between all parties and Yvette was the keystone to make that happen. Yvette worked around the clock coordinating efforts between us and the Sellers to get us closed ahead of schedule per our request (from inspections, minor repairs, furnishings moved out, etc).
