I'm a 1st time home buyer. We (my Wife and I) started looking in January, with a different Realtor, who was nice BUT gave us a lot of bad information so we stopped looking in March. My wife found 'Nini' in late July. She was very knowledgeable and gave us her HONEST opinions and concerns about each property we saw. It never felt like she was focused on making her commission. She simply kept reassuring us (because each house looked better in the photos than in REAL life) 😮‍💨 by saying "This just isn't the house for you. Don't Worry... We'll find your home!" On August 25th, I saw a house we fell in love with 😍 She scheduled us to see it the next day, saw no significant flaws, and we bid on it 2 days later. She made minor suggestions, to make our offer more appealing, and did NOT encourage us overextend ourselves. We won the bid and, with the exceptional and expedited help of David Olivetti from PNC, closed in 32 days (which is not the norm for ANY big banks). The house appraised for more than we bid too 🤑 On September 30th, WE BECAME HOMEOWNERS 🤩 We couldn't be happier about our home and my Wife's decision to trust 'Nini'!
