Nini was always polite & respectful, as an older person so that was important to me. She was always prompt for appts & didn't mind traveling expanded distances for a showing. Nini is knowledgeable of the realty business & knows how to break down / simplify information so it's understandable. She has integrity, was committed & dedicated to helping me find my forever home. My requirements / wishlist was complex. She had my desires memorized & used that information when she reviewed listing to help me sort through properties. We had been shopping for a house for around a year and a half. We met Ysmaine while touring a house.
