We moved here from CA and had looked at properties online prior to our arrival. That's how we met Nini (her nickname). She emailed properties to us, and when we arrived in PA, we quickly began the house hunt. She always made sure to stick to our parameters. I loved the idea of an older home with medium fix-up needs, but since we were using our VA loan Nini knew what the VA loaners would NOT approve and thereby not getting my hopes up on a house that could not be mine. Ysmaine is absolutely the best. We’d never bought a home before and were completely clueless what to do, how to do it, and when. She patiently and professionally guided us through the entire process and helped us stay on top of the million little things you have to do to complete a sale. Everyone says buying a home is stressful but to be honest with Ysmaine, it wasn’t at all. I kept waiting for it to get hard and it never did. She found us great houses and made sound recommendations as to offer packages that would get accepted. We just closed on the fourth house we put an offer on and I have friends who are still getting their offers rejected and they’re in the 20s by now.
