She fought hard for what we wanted and didn't just try to talk us into accepting unreasonable offers in order to make a quick sale. We felt like we could trust her and she had our best interest at heart. Yolanda had innovative and progressive ideas on how to get things done remotely as we were buying out of state. If needed, she was available on weekends and evenings to address time sensitive issues. She was positive and upbeat and celebrated every milestone with us like we were a favorite family member. We can't praise her and her team enough. Her professionalism was exceptional and we had a wonderful experience. We have already referred her to our friends!
