Yolanda was very helpful throughout the entire homebuying process, I believe most critically at the beginning stages of the process. Since this was a new build, it is challenging to find a good homesite but she made this process easy. When it came to locating the homesite, she worked with me on requirements and helped me pick the location that best met my needs. For the deposit itself, she kept in great communication with the salespeople which otherwise probably would have forgotten about their commitments to reach out once new sites became available.
