Afterwards, I had several questions about the Buyer Broker Agreement, and not only did she respond thoroughly to my email, but she also suggested we speak by phone to make sure I fully understood everything. Whenever I had a question or concern throughout the process, she always took the time to explain things clearly and provide helpful insight on anything I needed to be mindful of. There were moments when I wasn’t sure I would be able to get everything I wanted in a home, but when I found the house (my house) she went above and beyond to make sure I not only got it, but also received every possible perk and benefit to which allowed me to have $0 out of pocket for closing costs!! Yedit genuinely cares about her clients, and I know that from conversations we’ve had and personal experience. On top of that, she recommended an amazing inspector and moving company, and both were fantastic! I had a two-week closing, and thanks to Yedit’s expertise, knowledge, dedication, and care, the entire process went as smoothly as possible.
