By far the absolute best home buying experience. I was referred to Xiomara just a few months ago; I reached out to her and expressed interest in buying a home. We began looking at properties and never once did I feel pressured. She was incredibly knowledgable about the area (I looked in Kissimmee, Hunter's Creek, throughout Orlando) and little tidbits of information about home buying I wouldn't have otherwise known. I felt like I had an expert by my side the entire time. I changed my requirements a few times (first the area, then how much I wanted to spend) and Xiomara was flexible and understanding. When we found the perfect home (she knew it, I knew it) I put the offer in the same day. Homes right now are going so fast, this one had been on the market less than 24 hours and already had multiple offers. We had until the end of the day to get ours in. Xiomara knew just how to place our offer to get the buyer's attention. She was also able to negotiate with the buyer's agent after the inspection to address ALL items that were called out. The individual attention to my needs (and my 2 kids LOL) were exceeded. We absolutely love our new home! I give Xiomara my highest recommendation. She is responsive (she answered all of my late night texts), incredibly smart, and a real estate expert.
