Wyeth went far out of her way to make sure each and every aspect of this daunting sale was thoroughly handled-a transaction that was several months in the making and included no less than one antique firetruck, a subzero estate sale, a drone fly-through, an open house with escape maps, and the crafty negotiation of five offers. Her resourcefulness meant absolutely no part of the (very involved) pre-listing, listing, under contract, or closing phases were ever left open or to chance, and her tireless candor and professionalism always had me informed and my nerves at ease. What a blessing to have been able to work with her for the sale of my family's "homestead".
