Kristen helped us look through multiple houses, some good, some great, and some just ok. She didn't try and force any house on us. She was very supportive of our decision and helped us in anyway she could. She even helped nudge the Mortgage lenders along towards the end to make sure we closed on time. At the end of the day I can say we are happy with who we choose to help us buy a house. It is a big part of anyone's life and so you should go through it with people who make it fun and not stressful. Kristen was that person for us, and I am sure she will be that person for many others going forward.

I had the awesome experience of selling my old house and buying a new place with zero drama. One day I called Kristen up and told her my plan, it was ambitious and I knew I was out of my element. She came over gave my house a walkthrough and made me feel at ease from the start. Kristen gave me time frames, estimations, a market outlook, and solid plan of attack. I had the typical guy goal..sell my house for as much I can get and buy a dream house on the cheap. As I write this I would say we accomplished that goal and I don't feel like it was luck. Kristen put in a lot of the leg work and I asked a lot of annoying questions that those never updated apps could answer. She always had my back and made sure that I was aware of what was going on. She also helped with inspection recommendations, let me bounce project ideas off her, shared neighborhood knowledge, and made sure everything was on track with dealing with paperwork/contracts.
