For most people, selling a house is a ton of extra work and hassle. Problems emerge constantly that require solutions you didn't anticipate. I have bought or sold at least ten properties in my life and I have NEVER had an agent that was as responsive as Kristen. She always picked up if she was available and otherwise sent a text in short order about when she would be. Her knowledge of the market was impressive. We thought she priced the house too high- and said so- but she persuaded us and we got several full price offers. We had buyers who cancelled their contract and ultimately buyers from out of town who only got a video tour. In each case her advice was quick and wise and based in experience. She urged us to move fast at times and to be patient at others. Every time her advice was proved to be the best course of action. On top of all this she is very personable and good at establishing connections. I seriously can't even imagine what better service would be! In my experience with Kristen there was no room for improvement!

Kristen knows her business very well. When we had our first meeting, she had definitely done her homework. She had pages of houses to compare to my parent's home. She knew the current market and was willing to help us and give us tips even though we didn't need to list the house since we had an interested buyer already. She helped us by taking care of all the paperwork and making sure that everything was taken care of. I would definitely refer others to her. She did a great job!
