She created the necessary buzz with the listing process to get a large number of showings in the first several days after listing, and we ended up with two good offers -- at which point Kristen moved fast to reach agreement on one. We ended up selling at a bit above asking price, to a family that seems a great fit and we are very happy to have sold the house to. All around, a great experience and we highly recommend her!
