I can't say enough great things about Kristen. She was super friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and she came to our first meeting with all of the market research done and ready for me to review. The house was my Dad's and I was selling it for the estate. I live three hours away so tending to some of the details was challenging. Kristen was fantastic! Our friend and realtor in Texas looked for someone in the Eau Claire area for us by checking her professional sources and saw that Kristen puts in the work. We found that out in person when we met with her months before we were ready to move.
