William is a super professional and excellent agent. He has in-depth knowledge of the broader as well as local housing market. His market analysis was right on. He held several open houses and made sure there was a steady stream of prospective buyers walking through our house. He even held an open house for buyers agents. He went above and beyond and shoveled our driveway when we were out of town. He is very personable and accommodating. We had a very pleasant and successful experience from listing to closing!
William did a great job at explaining the process of buying a home. He looked anywhere we asked to look. And he was very quick to find a time slot to go look at it. I had no problems working with him would recommend him to anyone!
I had three agents visit my property for sale. Upon the second visit by all of them, after getting the house ready for sale based on recommendations, William was the only one to bring me a complete package to review with comps, area history and his available services should I decide not to actually sell the property (E.g. rental listing/management, contractors if needed). He priced the house much higher than I thought it was worth but, somewhat reluctantly, went with his recommendation. He just seemed so confident about the price. The house sold on day 1, fortunately for us. Further, he had suggestions of when to put the house up for sale, minor improvements and what NOT to do based on area, pricing and return on investment. However, William may not tell you what you may want to hear. He will tell you what you need to hear to sell the property - so be prepared.
