This was the 2nd home Bill G helped us buy. He also helped us sell a home. He understands market conditions very well. He will follow your lead on pricing and offers but also be straight forward if he thinks otherwise. Bill has a good network of inspectors, flooring installers, HVAC repair, etc to draw on as needed. We would go back to Bill to buy or sell. He’s outstanding in his field!
