I have purchased and sold several homes though out my life and every realtor have been good but working with William Fletcher has been AMAZING!!! Giving him 5 stars isn't enough. I have used him within the last year to both sell and purchase a home. It can be very stressful when you are out of state trying to get things done but working with Bill has made it completely stress free. He is very knowledgeable and listens to what your needs are. He follows through on everything that's asked of him. He is always quick to respond with an answer to any questions you have and if he doesn't know the answer, he will take the time to research and find it.
