Brandon helped us purchase our very first home this month. We endured so many set-backs that were out of our control as well as Brandon’s, but Brandon went to WAR for us. He walked us through each step of the process, gave advice, calmed us down many times, and got us the home. My husband and I first met Mr. Benge when we filled out an online request to view a home. He was the first to respond and met us the same day. Brandon is both professional and down to earth! He truly cared about helping me find the right home for me. Even more, he cared and continues to care about me as a person. He made buying our home a very easy process. It was very nice having an agent that seemed to be more focused on securing a good deal for my wife and I rather than making a quick close to get it over and done with. Extremely knowledgeable in the market but even if a question came up that he didn’t have the answer to he was humble enough to do the research and or reach out to someone that did know instead of just coming up with something that was wrong. Negotiating skills were top notch. I really believe we got a great deal because of the tactics he used in negotiating with the sellers agent. Overall an amazing and easy experience. Would highly recommend to anyone purchasing or selling.
