He keeps it real, doesn't sugar coat or talk in riddles or difficult to understand jargon, which is great since we were first time home buyers and we don't really know all the things. And he truly wanted to help us find the right house, not just a house so he could get paid. He worked with our strange schedules and was happy to go look at dozens of houses with us even after we started to decide against the first house we loved and were thinking about making an offer on. And even though we've signed and he's gotten paid, he is still checking in with us to make sure all is still going well with this new journey we're on.

William was always very quick to respond to any questions we had either through text or calls. He made the whole process very seamless and as simple as it could be.

He was able to answer right when we called or at least the same day which made it easier for us to know whats going on and get answers to our questions. He had good market knowledge of which houses suited our price point, yard size, house size, and optimal condition. He knew which sellers would be firm and which ones may slide favorable terms for us, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had all the information we needed to make our decision and once we made our decision, he ensured we knew what was going on. He helped us get the best deal on the house and ensured we got things fixed to how we liked it.
