We bugged the crap out of Brandon and he didn't mind at all. I would recommend him 100%. 10 out of 10 experience hands down. Now when I say he went above and beyond I mean that we went in the crawl space to check everything out after the inspector came through just to put eyes on everything ourselves. B is awesome. Love that guy!
William (Brandon) is a no nonsense down to earth individual that made the home buying process a breeze. I was recommended Brandon through Cristie at Horizon of NC in Reidsville, NC (shout out to the T.E.A.M. over there!) and he went above and beyond. Upon initially speaking with him he provided a brief rundown of how he handles the process top to bottom and he definitely doesn't beat around the bush. After meeting him at his office he provided clear and concise explanations of what each step meant in layman's terms and how they were going to be handled. He was always willing to answer questions no matter the simplicity nor complexity and would help address any concerns had at any time. We proceeded to scout out a few properties together and once one was chosen the rest of the process could not have gone smoother! William “ Brandon” was wonderful. So glad I chose him as my realtor. He told me what I should list my home for once on market. He made suggestions as to staging and any repairs needed to my home before listing. Once ready, he put a listing up as “ coming soon” and used a great photographer. This allowed interested buyers to make appointments once it was put on the market. The following week, he listed it on the market for sale. I had several buyers making appointments.
