William “ Brandon” was wonderful. So glad I chose him as my realtor. He told me what I should list my home for once on market. He made suggestions as to staging and any repairs needed to my home before listing. Once ready, he put a listing up as “ coming soon” and used a great photographer. This allowed interested buyers to make appointments once it was put on the market. The following week, he listed it on the market for sale. I had several buyers making appointments. Wow. I don't even know where to begin Hands down the best guy for the job, he is exceptionally knowledgeable and quick to respond no matter the time of day or complexity of the question. Definitely and expert in real estate and supporting his clients throught the entire process including moments of stress and uncertainty.

He made me feel I was a priority even after normal working hours. I told him my price range, and he stayed within the budget while finding the amenities I spoke about. He is very trustworthy, and I will recommend him to anyone I know who's looking for a home.

Brandon really changed my opinion on realtors as a whole. Prior experiences with multiple realtors had me hesistant to really start the process over but Brandon was quick with responses and (what really made the difference) was always available on short notice. Any house we were even slightly interested in, he got us in to walk through within 24 hours. He's very helpful especially if you've never gone through the entire process of purchasing a property before as well, always ready to answer any questions, which is a big deal for me because I have a lot. He also pointed out a lot of things on walkthroughs that our inspector would end up pointing out so he's clearly got an eye for imperfections, very straightforward with no B.S. and very willing to tell you like it is without having to worry (like i have with other realtors) about trying to sell you on something that isn't right for you. If you are at all hesistant because of prior experiences like me, or if you're just struggling to find the right home because you cant get walk ins before they're pending, I would highly recommend Brandon Benge.
