Brandon really changed my opinion on realtors as a whole. Prior experiences with multiple realtors had me hesistant to really start the process over but Brandon was quick with responses and (what really made the difference) was always available on short notice. Any house we were even slightly interested in, he got us in to walk through within 24 hours. He's very helpful especially if you've never gone through the entire process of purchasing a property before as well, always ready to answer any questions, which is a big deal for me because I have a lot. He also pointed out a lot of things on walkthroughs that our inspector would end up pointing out so he's clearly got an eye for imperfections, very straightforward with no B.S. and very willing to tell you like it is without having to worry (like i have with other realtors) about trying to sell you on something that isn't right for you. If you are at all hesistant because of prior experiences like me, or if you're just struggling to find the right home because you cant get walk ins before they're pending, I would highly recommend Brandon Benge.

When we first met he communicated with ease he was very responsive took his time to understand what are needs where and what we wanted he stayed on top of everything throughout the whole process hands down best realtor we have ever dealt with. Brandon was randomly assigned to me via Zillow and I knew from the first meeting that he took his job seriously and would focus on my needs and wants, not just making the sale. He communicated regularly and his flexible schedule fit with my not so flexible one. We looked at so many houses, and he brought personal and professional experience into the mix, teaching me a lot more about houses than just how to buy one.
