He had good market knowledge of which houses suited our price point, yard size, house size, and optimal condition. He knew which sellers would be firm and which ones may slide favorable terms for us, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had all the information we needed to make our decision and once we made our decision, he ensured we knew what was going on. He helped us get the best deal on the house and ensured we got things fixed to how we liked it.

Brandon made the entire process super easy. We could call or text anytime of the day and get a quick response to any questions or concerns we may have had.
