Could not have had a better agent. Mr Stearns was very knowledgable, helpful, honest, you name it. He made finding a property and the purchase process extremely easy. Mr Stratns and his staff went out of their way to assist me with all aspects of the purchase and the little things that go with it. I would and will recommend Mr Stearns and his associates to anyone and everyone looking for assistance in buying or selling property. I have dealt with many other agents throughout the country and NOBOBY is better than Mr Stearns. If in the future I require an agent again Mr Stearns is the only one I would consider for the job.

Great realtor! Wes is very easy to work with and is able to help find contractors quickly if repairs are needed to go to closing on your property. He calls, texts, or emails right away if you have a question about something or need assistance.

The house was about to show for its first time but Wes negotiated to have it cancelled so others couldn't out bid us.
