Wes and his team were amazing! They gave us great advice as far as what to do and not to do to prepare the house for sale. They did a great job marketing it, and made sure we got a good price. They also were very willing to go above and beyond for us, as we don't live in the area. They did things like coordinate contractors, among other things, that made the experience much less stressful than it could have been. Can't recommend Wes and his team highly enough!

Great realtor! Wes is very easy to work with and is able to help find contractors quickly if repairs are needed to go to closing on your property. He calls, texts, or emails right away if you have a question about something or need assistance.

My wife and I thought would take forever to find a good starter home but it only took one day of looking. Wes and his assistant Danica took our wishlist and area and it was over just like that. The house was about to show for its first time but Wes negotiated to have it cancelled so others couldn't out bid us. In the lender process Danica mediated between the lender and title company keeping us up to date as these other companies seemed less inclined to do. Finally my wife and I made money on the closing costs after some more negotiations from Wes.
