My husband and I are so happy we had Wes during the process of buying our first home. Several family members recommended him and we couldn't have been more pleased. On several occasions he dropped what he was doing to meet up with us and show us homes. We looked at more houses than I could count and he was very patient and supportive the entire time, reminding us this is not something to take lightly. He also helped us get most of the repairs on the home inspection taken care of by the sellers. Last minute our babysitter cancelled on us right before closing, and Wes played with him during the whole process so we could sign all the papers an listen to what the Title Company had to tell us. It was a wonderful experience and we loo forward to using him again!

Wes and his team were amazing! They gave us great advice as far as what to do and not to do to prepare the house for sale. They did a great job marketing it, and made sure we got a good price. They also were very willing to go above and beyond for us, as we don't live in the area. They did things like coordinate contractors, among other things, that made the experience much less stressful than it could have been. Can't recommend Wes and his team highly enough!
