She is easy to talk to and remembered personal details that I shared with her which helped to build a trusting relationship. Throughout the process, she walked me through the various steps that she was taking to help get my home ready to be put on the market and to assess the best price listing. I trusted her opinion different topics we discussed, and never felt any pressure to make my decision align with her opinion (e.g., home staging, listing price, reviewing offers, etc.).
