She really contributes to making the house selling process a success, she was there helping me with moving furniture around, adding touches in staging our house, she even brought boxes, tape, etc for our move and picked them up after we unpacked! We sold the house in a couple of days and she is very strategic in negotiating with buyers so we got $21K over asking. Really she is amazing! And someone I hope to keep as a friend in the years to come.
