She set up a personalized online collaboration center where I could easily see all the homes that met my criteria, follow new listings as they came on the market, and narrow everything down to the homes I actually wanted to see. It made the whole search process so much easier and far less overwhelming. Wendy was always available when I needed her, incredibly patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I always felt that she was looking out for me and wanted me to find the right home—not just any home. What really sets Wendy apart, though, is how much she did for me beyond the actual purchase. She helped me arrange insurance for my new home, get my utilities set up, and even helped me find a contractor. She didn’t disappear after the sale—she continued to be there whenever I needed help. Buying and moving into a new home involves so many details, and Wendy made the entire experience easier from beginning to end. I absolutely love my new home, and I’m so grateful to Wendy for helping me get here.
