Wendy kept popping up on all my Internet feeds when I was looking for land to buy in Florida. I am currently living in Colorado, but was looking to build a retirement house in Florida. I talked to a couple of realtors in the area and was not impressed at all. Sometimes... things keep popping up right in your face for a reason and this time the internet ads where right :) I am a very straight forward person who knows exactly what I want. A lot of people don't like my bluntness, but Wendy knew exactly where I was coming from and was not offended at all. She did everything I asked for and did it well saving both of us time and money.
