Wendy was so helpful with the showing, sale and closing of my home. She included my family and updated them with the progression of the sale. She would send me reminders when dates were approaching. She gave me ideas on how to stage my home. When I wanted an inspection she provided names for me and then lined someone up to do it. When I needed a Radon test again she set it up for me. When the inspection was being done at my home she came over and stayed with me while it was being completed She provided masks, gloves and shoe covers in my home for the people entering my home to wear during this COVID virus. She did so many wonderful and helpful things for me I can’t count them all. She was with me every step of the way to help, support and encourage me. I would highly recommend her as a realtor for anyone planning on putting their home on the market.
