Wendy really knew her job

When Wendy Brand took on the job of selling my house, a 5+ bed, 3 bath beautiful white elephant, she had her work cut out for her. I knew it would be difficult to sell as we had had it on the market a few years ago and it never did sell. After half a year and multiple price drops I just withdrew it. Now, although the market is "booming," it had several things against it. The biggest, I believe, is that it is vastly over developed for the neighborhood (a small eastern Colorado town). The immediate area is very run down to say the least. No one would be willing to pay $600,000 when the same amount would get a lovely home in a nice suburb. Next, I had converted my home to an assisted living facility which was forced to close due to Covid fears - no one wanted to put Mom in a facility of any kind. So, to recoup some of the remodeling expense, the price had to be fairly substantial. Wendy took the bull by the horns and helped get the place in perfect order. Her energy was boundless. She knew all the right people for the various (endless) jobs that needed to be done. I couldn't help with any of this because I'm elderly and live out of state. She advertised extensively and sent out several email blasts. She sought both residential and commercial buyers. Wendy understands the market; what will work and what won't. To say that she went out of her way to get my home sold would be a gross understatement. She got the job done. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Wendy went above & beyond from begining to end. We discussed improvements, cost, return on investment and had contractors to choose from. She found the perfect match for wood flooring and appliances. Then she had wonderful ideas and materials to professionally stage home. The sale price was "much" more than I anticipated and her timing for each phase of the process was perfect! I wish every realtor was as thorough, cared for clients as much, and focused on maximizing return on your home.
