Over dedicated
We were referred to Wendy by a close friend of ours and she more than exceeded our expectations. She happened to be out of town at the time that we were in the market, but she made sure that we had access to each house/property that we wanted to see, in a timely manner, and with someone who was also knowledgeable and helpful. Once we found the property that we wanted, she consistently stayed in touch, kept us informed, and provided us with the most useful advice and input. Thanks to Wendy, our house search was smooth, swift, and pleasant, even in the crazy housing market. We'd definitely recommend her to anyone looking into the Tampa area. 😁
