Great, hard worker!
We shopped for a house from California; Wayne helped us every step of the way. He went to every house we were interested in, showed it to us via Zoom, and gave us excellent information and good insights about every house. He never pressured us, and happily accommodated our many changing and very specific requests. He knows the Springs area inside out, and helped us find many interesting house locations that we could have never found on our own. His extensive knowledge of the market, and his personal professional relationships with other agents all combined to help us get exactly the right house for us in a very difficult market to buy into. We were beyond satisfied with Wayne; we highly recommend him, with no reservations!
