As a first time home buyer I was unaware of how difficult it was to find a realtor who was there for clients as I thought a realtor should be. I would recommend Wayne to anyone purchasing or selling a home, he is a professional and goes out his way to ensure you as a client is taken care of. Wayne is very knowledgeable about the area and provided details about every community we visited, I must say this helped me a lot as I was not familiar with the areas at all. I was able to count on Wayne at any time of the day, he was very responsive to emails, phone calls and texts. One of the things that I must point out that I personally liked was how fast Wayne got to know me and what I was truly looking for in a home, this made me feel a sense of comfort knowing he understood me and my desires.
