Calming, friendly, patient

I think I have said everything in my review - the only thing I might have forgotten is and that is extremely important to my husband and me - is the friendliness, the patience. Any time I called I got greeted with a friendly voice, no matter how many questions I had. On our closing day, I called 5 times and every time I knew the phone call would be answered with a friendly welcoming voice. As I said before - very patient, very polite and friendly and if you read the review - top notch in re to professionalism and knowledge!!! Overall I can say the honestly very short time of the sale, Wayne Mattson showed a certain calmness; when we used to be on zillow all day long, soon after we met him we stopped and hadnt been on there since much at all. As a client you get a sense of "work behind the scenes", he gives you the tools and then you work with him. The other thing we really appreciated is the hands on character he proved. When there is a photo shoot, he would walk through and helped get the house ready for the shoot, so hands on! And once you see the photos you know why he was there to help! At the end it was a very quick and successful sale! Real Estate transactions can be stressful and long. But he guided us all the way - it was definitely not long to sell our house and it was never stressfull because he works with the family seeing the family as what it is - mom and dad and kids, school and afternoon activities. He tells you what needs to happen to get the sale done but works around your capabilities. He is a true professional!!!
