Wayne Mattson: he has the knowledge and you hear that in every conversation. He knows how to network and has a good understanding of the local housing market and the area in itself! His attention to detail is extraordinary - by email, going through forms or at the closing table! Wayne is very engaged and very polite. He knows how to pick up a frustrated client and make the best out of it! He lets people talk and voice their concerns (believe it or not - doesnt always happen). But I believe once you pick you a frustrated client you got to listen and he still does once I mix in our experiences with the previous agent. He never gets impatient (again: not every realtor does!) He is interested in what he sells-he doesnt just leave you alone once you look at a house - again I have experienced different before Wayne Mattson! He is very honest and it shows! When I called Century 21 last year I asked for the best realtor they had and Wayne truly is. If I compare I have to say Wayne Mattison shows the most professionalism of all, he is extremely patient!!!, you know he knows what he is talking about. He is with you all the way! He gives his all!
