Warren coordinate a wide variety of contractors during the sale preparation phase, kept an eye on property and communicated regularly to me, kept me informed about the market with updated comparables, provided excellent recommendations during the offer and sale period, met with inspectors, appraisers, and did a variety of things that I personally could not do myself living 1000 miles away. Warren set out to get us the best price for our house , we had a meeting 6 months before we were due to move to Kona Hawaii , we took his advise on board , made some changes, upgrades etc & ended up getting the price we wanted without any hassle .It's nice to work with someone who understood our needs & that of a potential buyer when selling our home.
