Warren was our buyer's agent when we purchased our home in La Mirada, and we decided to go with him when we sold that same house. We had done a fair amount of work to the house, but he pointed out some easy fixes to make before selling the house that were very beneficial. We moved out of state so Warren helped take care of the house while it was on the market. The house ended up looking and showing great, and we ended up with an offer well over list price. Overall we were pleased with the experience!
