Wanda far exceeded our expectations. We didn't live in town where the house was so it was difficult to get there and take care of things. Without even asking, Wanda jumped on it and volunteered to do it. Over and over she handled everything which made our tasks so much easier. We couldn't have done it without her. Everything else was perfect too. She is kind, considerate, smart, genuine, etc. Wanda knows her craft inside and out, very knowledgeable. Nothing went wrong and when we needed to complete something she was on top of it that day, no delays. Couldn't have ask for a better agent and person then Wanda. Obviously we highly recommend her!

Wanda is an expert about The Colony and Murrieta! We were planning to put our home on the market later in the year and she advised us to get it listed during the Spring. Wanda went way over & above expectations as our family went through the difficult & sad process of selling our dad's home shortly after he passed away. I'm very grateful for all the help & especially her encouragement as I tread unknown waters. Selling the house was not the only issue surrounding us. Since I don't live in California there was a double handicap when I returned home about a month prior to the house being sold & the process continued long distance.
