Walter helped us through sellers angst, in spite of my numerous questions. I had not seriously considered selling or moving, until my wife, Walter, his Lord and mine, prompted me to seriously consider our dream of moving to be nearer to grandchildren, and to faithfully consider the complexities that also go with that. After only a couple of weeks I could sense that Walter deserved at least a little credit because I learned that my suggested asking price was too high, and no offers were coming in, in spite of Walter cautioning me to start out with a lower price than I did.So at my requests he lowered the price in steps until offers began, the real worth of the house to the public was determined and our house sold in our time frame.He is a man in an organization which pairs agents with a mentor. We appreciated his humility to participate in this way, along with the other agents. He understood the questions that we had with much patience and as a result of his personal moves and sales, and real life experiences. He even met with us, at our request, as one of our coaches, to share with us his opinions about our stewardship of the sale proceeds. Although selling and moving are stressful to the unskilled as I was, we are now more grateful for Walters faith in our God, we-are more grateful for our-God, and we are thankful for Walter's help.
