About Wallace

Before founding METIS, Wallace had a career in proptech, which afforded him a unique understanding of the ways new technologies can help agents work more efficiently and provide better results for buyers and sellers. Following worldwide travel aimed at pinpointing and studying the most effective real estate models and best practices, Wallace spent a decade as a consultant to top-performing real estate firms across the nation and taught the techniques that improve outcomes. Wallace has been a student of real estate since he was a child. He witnessed the power that property can have to increase wealth and improve lives when his parents’ real estate investments allowed them to retire early. His own experiences buying his first home left something to be desired, and he realized he could create better outcomes for clients through genuine relationships, creative marketing strategies, and innovative technology. Wallace believes that clients deserve a better real estate education and an agent who always puts their needs first. These values permeate METIS and its quality of service, encouraging clients to return as they take the next steps on their real estate journey. Today, Wallace lives with his wife and dog in Redwood City, California. He still takes the time to travel and enjoys exploring the world of wine and relaxing through music.
