Wade has over 40 years of experience in the marketing and appraisal of residential, agricultural and commercial/industrial properties. These include estate homes, ranches, vineyards, wineries/tasting rooms, orchards and income producing properties. He is experienced in the subdivision and development of rural, residential, commercial and industrial type properties.
Wade is a sixth generation Californian from farming and ranching families. He graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in Agricultural Business Management, with a minor in Animal Science. He specializes in the location, marketing and sales of homes, ranches, vineyards and income producing properties. Wade has extensive knowledge of properties within the Central Coast area of California.
