He also is willing to take suggestions from the seller, which made me feel part of the process, even from 4 states away. Where he really excelled was at closing. I had had surgery and had no possible access to a printer or a fax. When the buyer's title company sent me paperwork, Wade was able to get it into a format that I could handle on my iPad from my hospital room.
We ran into several hiccups in the process of buying our home but wade was right by us, on our team the whole time. I never once had to wonder what was going on or why.
