Wade Covington was very professional. He kept me updated and advised me on good and bad areas before I made a section for my new home. He took the time to show me different houses and make videos so that I could make a choice without physically being present being that I’m currently stationed in a Korea. He worked with me and called/emailed with anything I needed even after closing. Excellent service by all members and during the closing so that everything went along smoothly.

Wade and Jessica made our home-buying experience smooth and easy. They advocated for us to allow us to take prior possession so our special needs child did not have to transfer from one school a month into the school year. Wade and Jessica were accessible and understanding, even when I was freaking out right before we took possession of the home. When we were initially looking for a home, they addressed our needs, as well as our "wish list", when showing us homes. They referred us to a mortgage broker that was amazing, which made the process even more smooth. Wade and Jessica gave us information for insurance companies, which saved us a lot of time on investigating! They walked us through the process, step-by-step, and kept us apprised of every detail. Their level of advocacy, expertise, professionalism, communication, and downright friendliness is second to none. The only negative I have is that they did their job all too well, and found us our forever home, so we will not have the pleasure of working with them again!
