With Wade Covington, this couldn't be further from the truth. Wade concentrated on what mattered most to my family. He consistently refocused my attention to what would work best for my family. This included telling me why certain properties would work for my needs and why others would not. He was my Jiminy Cricket. My wife could not make it to town to view a property I really like. Wade and his wife took the time to make a 20 minute walking video tour of the property for my wife to view. Truly above and beyond. Because it worked out best for me, he even scheduled the closing on the day of his child's wedding. Going forward, I don't just feel like I have an agent at the lake, I believe I have new friends.
